Most people don’t like the content that comes from brands. This motivates me. Too many of the brand communications people see aren’t well-considered or well-made. We know there are a thousand reasons why this happens, but it’s not good for people. Things that are funny, beautiful, poignant, useful, or inspiring, on the other hand, are good for people—no matter where they come from. And they’re good for brands. They’re also incredibly satisfying to make. I feel lucky to spend my days making stuff with smart, funny, interesting people.
